    The information we collect and how it’s used:

    Based on the transaction or contract type you have with us, all or some of the below information is collected.

    • Full Name

    • Company Name

    • Contact Tel Number

    • Billing Address

    • Delivery Address

    • Email Address

    • Customer Age

    • An encrypted version of your password

    • Website behavior, including how you reached the site, the time spent there and which pages you viewed

    • CCTV images in the customer areas are stored for a short duration for security purposes

    Information is collected from the customer at the time of purchase, or visiting our store, to enable us to complete the chosen transaction type and supply the goods or services as per the contact. All web purchase information is stored on our secure order management system for the purposes of providing after sales support including warranties, customer service and product support.

    How your data is stored: 

    We store data on our secure platform to allow us to provide after sales support to our users in line with our Data Storage Policy. This information is required to complete transactions with you and is stored to improve the customer experience on future purchases along with warranty support.

    We may use your email address to contact you regarding future promotions, however you are able to opt out of this by clicking the link provided at the bottom of all of our emails. Email addresses used on our customer service platform are also stored securely.

    Your personal data is not sold or shared with any 3rd party outside of the required contractors such as delivery couriers and, where required, manufacturers for warranty purposes. We ensure that all of our partners adhere to the same standard of data protection as ourselves.

    How long your data is stored:

    Your data is stored throughout the term of your warranty and as long as we are required for tax and financial requirements. Once your information is no longer required to be stored we will responsibly remove it as soon as possible.

    When your data may be shared:

    We will never sell your personal data or share any information with 3rd parties who are not involved in your transaction. The 3rd parties that may be “involved” are listed below:

    • Delivery partners to facilitate delivery of your goods

    • Our payment merchants, who enable us to process your online purchase and carry out preventative fraud checks on all transactions

    • Suppliers or distributors for warranty or direct ship to end user purposes

    We recommend to view the 3rd parties privacy policy to ensure you are satisfied before you place an order with us. Where possible, we can assist you in supplying the relevant privacy policy from the third parties involved.

      • The right to object - you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or the performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority (including profiling), direct marketing (including profiling) and processing for purposes of scientific/historical research and statistics.

      • Rights related to automated decision making including profiling.
