A bit about what we do

Our service engineers are fully trained with a wealth of experience working on Pioneer DJ Equipment, they will always try repair down to component level so that, where possible, we keep the price down by not immediately replacing expensive boards unnecessarily. However, where this is simply not possible, with our access to discounted prices supplied directly from Pioneer (savings which we pass on to you) we ensure you are receiving the genuine replacement parts and at the best price. 

We pride ourselves on being an industry-leading National Service Centre which incorporates fully ESD protected and with dedicated ESD workstations for precision electrical and component level repairs based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

What you need to know

Although we may not be local to you we can offer a reasonably priced national courier service with DHL for £25. This includes collection and return of your item if under 25kg.  Alternatively, if you are local or have the ability to bring it in yourself then we are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday's by appointment.

We charge £40+VAT per hour of our technicians time, some of the simpler repairs are most often be completed within this time, it is important to note that this £40+VAT is also a minimum charge, which covers the inspection and fault finding time, this inspection charge is included as the 1st hours of repair if you wish to go ahead with the repair, but will be chargeable if you decline to proceed with the repair after the quotation.

Please also note if the cost of the repair is going to be less than £90 then we will proceed with the repair without notifying you to speed the repair process. If you would like us to let you know if the repair will cost any more than the minimum of £48 charge before we proceed please let us know beforehand.

The majority of repairs are usually completed within the hour (£48 Inc VAT), but it does sometimes take longer. As advised earlier if the repair will cost more than £90 we will advise you and await confirmation before we proceed.

Our turnaround time is usually 3-7 workings days once we have the item with us (dependent on part availability and if parts are needed). If the repair is urgent let us know and will we do our best to accommodate.
